METER BODY AND ACCESSORIES: The KEE gold tester carries a limited warranty for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. If you have a nonfunctional meter that is beyond its warranty period, please note that we do not offer repair services, and recommend that you simply purchase a new one due to its low price point.

PEN PROBE: The pen probe is a consumable item that carries no warranty. We do however guarantee that the probe will work when it is received. It is up to the customer to determine this when they receive it. If the probe is not working properly the customer should Immediately contact the dealer where they purchased it from for a replacement. We allow one week from date of receipt for the customer to make this determination. Claims made beyond this period will not be honored.

Warranties on meters and related equipment will be honored ONLY from the dealer where the items were purchased. You must contact your dealer for all technical support and warranty service. Kee Gold products that are purchased outside of our dealer network are not factory authorized and therefore carry no warranty.
