KEE GOLD CORP will not be held responsible for any legal actions, accusations, or warranties with regard to claims of gold content.

All, accuracy claims, must be verified by a competent assay laboratory. KEE GOLD CORP's liability is limited to the purchase price of the instrument only and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any error in determining the content of gold, nor for using the instrument for testing non-gold alloys.

KEE GOLD CORP Gold Test Instrument M-509GM must be used in accordance with the instructions, to obtain full satisfaction with the instrument. The instrument is best used at room temperature.

DO NOT TRY TO OPEN OR DISASSEMBLE THE INSTRUMENTATION, (Except to replace the battery). The parts and connections inside are very delicate integrated circuits and may result in unsatisfactory reading or performance and/or void the warranty.

KEE GOLD CORP, believes the M-509GM Gold Tester will provide a fast and reliable method of determining the karat value of gold when used in accordance with the provided instructions. The manufacturer warrants that each instrument is free from defects in meter, and workmanship (Electronics Only), for a period of Six (6) Months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover: Any product where an attempt to disassemble the same is established, modification, alteration, unauthorized repair or service of the product, nor damages or defects resulting from an accident or any event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
